Do you accept recycled appliances?

Yes, you can recycle your appliances here any time. Drop the appliances off behind and close to the building. We do not need to be open for you to drop it off. Appliances include: Standard kitchen and laundry appliances, hot water heaters, air conditioners, dehumidifiers and humidifiers. Please do not drop off TVs or electronics.

Can I return or exchange a purchased part?

If it a stock item, there is a 15% restocking fee to return. If it is a special order item, there is no returns accepted.

Do you offer installation services?

We don’t offer installation services, but we can recommend trusted local technicians in your area.

Do you offer warranties on parts?

Yes, most parts come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Please check individual product details for specific warranty information.
